Have you ever led a town hall meeting where you’ve asked for feedback and received nothing but silence? You're not alone. Hearing crickets is a top frustration for CEOs, newly appointed team leaders, and everyone in between.

So, how can you break this awkward silence?

First, let's agree that many town hall meetings are irrelevant and boring. They often serve as leadership theater, where meaningless information is presented top-down – without encouraging debate.

Secondly, most Q&A sessions lack intentional design. They often feel forced, short, and superficial.
