That’s what the National Football League found out when it flipped its feedback approach from top-down to bottom-up. The NFL has launched a team scorecard to measure the league’s working environment. After surveying all 2,200 active professional players, the results uncovered various issues that had nothing to with the sport but significantly impact the game.
The results may surprise you, especially considering that American football is the wealthiest sports league in the world.
