Culture begins and ends with leaders. Before starting a culture transformation project, it’s crucial to equip leaders with the right mindset. In this post, I’ll share five exercises or tools I use to prepare CEOs and senior executives before jumping into the culture design phase.

These exercises aim to increase awareness about leaders’ role in shaping culture, aligning behaviors with words, and promoting the right mindset.

Of course, which exercises I use – and how and when – vary from client to client based on their unique challenges, scope, and leadership style.
