Defining core values is often celebrated in organizations, seen as a significant step toward improving workplace culture. However, the true challenge is not in defining but in embedding these values into the very fabric of the organization.
Despite their best intentions, companies struggle to practice what they preach, leading to skepticism rather than trust. If leaders are not committed to their values, it's better not to have any. In other words, put the money where your mouth is.
