Think again.

Yes, being interrupted while you’re speaking often results from power struggles or disrespect.

However, not all interruptions are ill-intended.

Sometimes, people are excited about your idea and want to build on it – or ask questions to show that they’re paying attention.

Other times maybe you’re losing your train of thought.

And people interrupt to let you know they can’t follow your presentation.
