Flexibility isn’t a free-for-all — it’s a means to an end: doing great work.
We can work whenever, wherever, and how we want — but we have to deliver our best work.
People can manage their schedules as long as they hit their goals.
Your team needs to balance freedom with accountability — flexibility and discipline go hand in hand.
