What behavior or practice do you hope will still be alive in this team five years from now, even if none of us are still here?

Start with the "footprint exercise."
Have each team member complete these two prompts:
What’s one meaningful change that happened because of you? What exists today that wouldn't exist without you?
How did you help others grow? What limits did people overcome because of your influence?
Share responses and look for patterns. What values and behaviors are you collectively passing on?
